performance: gaining 3.5 lb a week

Started Atkins Program Aug.17, 2009. Started Phase 2 (OWL)
on Aug. 31/09.
Got stuck around the 26th couldn't seem to lose any more. I
kept trying but nothing would happen, so finally after getting
more info I decided to start OWL and finally the scale actually
moved. Was very HAPPY! :D
Atkins is the first diet or eating plan I ever tried...
I hope I can successfully lose another 8 lbs. at this point.

Total Calories
Do I have to get as close to my daily calorie, carb, fiber, etc. allowance to lose weight? Cause sometimes I'm just not that hungry to eat at every meal.
I thought that I read somewhere that you need to eat even if your not that hungry to keep your body losing.
Anyone else have this or know more specifics about this??
