FOOD LOVERS FOR FAT LOSS
Yea, it doesn't restrict carbs. It does teach slow carbs/fast carbs like you said. It also gets you away from 'white' foods...like switching from white flour to wheat flour...white rice to brown rice...making healthier choices and strongly encourages drinking water...but still allows for coffee, diet sodas...They want you eating something every 2-3 hours so your metabolism keeps burning and not storing...all the way up to 1 hour before bedtime. You are supposed to eat something within about 30 minutes (I think) of waking up since you haven't eaten all night. There is usually an infomercial on late at night on it if you get cable/satellite tv...I'm off to the grocery store tomorrow to stock up on snacks

FOOD LOVERS FOR FAT LOSS
I just bought the food lovers diet. I was on it one week and lost 8 pounds. I didn't do the detox first. The only reason I went off of it is because I procrastinated about getting to the grocery store and didn't get snacks...and then Thanksgiving. I'm ready to get back on it. I like everything about it. It doesn't seem to me to be a scam and it is affordable. I actually had to eat more often than I ever was and was never hungry. It was like I 'balanced' inside so when I sat down to a hot meal I never craved seconds or never put too much on my plate to begin with. I surprised myself! That has never happened before on a diet...but, to me, this is not at all a diet. It's more of a tweak to my usual eating pattern.
