What is better for losing weight: weightlifting or jogging?
Diet is better for weight loss than cardio and weight lifting combined.

That being said walking and lifting heavy weights has worked best for me.

Starting body builder type diet, six meals a day. fatsecret suggested 4200 calories a day. I'll go with it.
