British 45 year old working in a fairly sedentary job (Ex-Biochemist now Computer Freelancer). Enjoy Golf and Gym but also love food and friends so 20lbs over my ideal goal of 180lbs.
Very committed to losing weight but realistically may have the odd lapse (probably due to alcohol once a fortnight or so) so will want to exercise off more calories to allow for this.
