On March 24 I began CTLL within my employer. I weighed 201 and my waste was a 40. I have been in the program for 30 days and have lost 10 pounds. I complete on an average of 300 steps a day, 30 minute aerobics and eat healthier. I am new here.

Need Help
Hope that this helps at the end of March I began CTLL through work not only because of the price that we can win in 3 weeks only. I got motivated in the first week started the aerobics, walking and stair climbing at work of 300-500 steps a day. I lost 10 pounds in the 1st week. I have maintained 10 pounds off. Drink water as soon as you get home, prep some dinner, snack watch your portions. Eat at least 6 times a day small portions. Try this website: bodyforlife.com. I was gunhole and was even counting carbs of 50 or less on the 3rd week in the diet. This week no carb counting. I need to get back on track to look more weight. I have gone down two pant sizes and feel real good.
