I am 64yo man with type 2 diabetes trying to control this with diet and exercise not easy but doable. Was 19st 12lbs now 17st 12oz sticking to low carb diet ie. no bread potatoes or any starchy foods less carbs in equals low blood sugar. Plenty of low impact exercise ie. walking, rowing machine and light weights, works for me.
