i agree with holfraz. My weight early in the morning is about 5 lbs less than my weight during other times of the day.

Just like you, even though i eat a lot, i would never meet my Required Daily Intake.

I realised that quality is more important than quantity.

I increased the good calories with moderate weight training ..and i feel good...

Plz help me understand RDI
Can anybody explain me understand RDI and Calories burnt per day...

With my current weight and a goal of loosing 1/2 pound a week, my RDI is 2600.
But i dont understand, just resting all day and sleeping i am burning only approximately 1950.

My confusion is: When my Required Daily Intake 2600 is higher than my resting metabolic rate..how can i loose 1/2 pound per week.

Can somebody please help me understand..
