Getting up in the morning before work to go to the gym is definitely not easy. The change in season and later sunrise adds to this challenge. The weight loss does make it worth it in the long run.

Today I realized that eating the wrong foods even in moderation won't always work as i have not lost or gained any weight in the past two weeks. I have been working out just as hard as before but am not losing anything. McDonald's french fries have to go!

I seem to be facing one set back after another and allowing these setbacks to affect my weight loss goals. Although I am not sure how much of my weight gain is actual weight gain or bloating. I guess time will tell.

I am trying realy hard to eat six small meals a day. Snacks are something that I need to improve on because I get bored with eating the same thing everyday. I ate way too much fast food this past week but still lost weight and am not sure how.
