Sedentary life for far too long - generally inactive deskbound 36 year old man, married, two kids under the age of 10 and a belly that my 2 year old daughter is convinced is housing her next sibling.
Recently measured as 5ft 7in, 104kg with 32% bodyfat so on 15th September 2015 after I returned from our family summer holiday where I'd been shamelessly flaunting my mid-section all over a Majorcan beach and scaring away the locals, I decided to take to the gym.
Never been a big eater nor do I eat unhealthily but I'm like Jabba the Hut, as in I rarely moved too far (or too quickly) in one go and not that I keep galactic princesses chained up in skimpy clothes. And my voice is nowhere as deep.
I'm training (70% weights, 30% cardio) in the gym 4/5 times a week and I will be keeping this up; I'm lucky enough to have the motivation from some friends and brothers that I go with, but I'm really stuck when it comes to correct nutrition. Hopefully this will help....
