I have been struggling with keeping weight off and losing it for the longest time. When Im active i lose weight fast but its only because i HAVE to be active for a particular reason...usually something to do with work or something that someone else expects me to do etc etc.. i never lose weight just on my own. So Im motivation challenged you could say.
i was slim when i was in my early 20's but now.. i am almost 40 lbs overweight and im desperate to lose it.
Ive tried everything, nothing short of exercise works. Unfortunately!
Im not lazy, just that i have to be at my laptop ALL DAY. Im a graphic designer so my desk is the only place im at, other than walking my dog and housework.
i heard that tracking foods i eat can be a huge help to losing weight. i just hope i can lose the weight i need to lose.
