New idea!!! Stop weighing yourself!!!
So in a previous post I complained about how I am doing everything right and not losing weight. I have been working out, so it could be muscle.... who knows with my crazy whacked out body???? My body loves it's currently layer of insulation and doesnt want to let it go, ha!!!!
Anyways, everytime I step on the scale I want to take that dumb thing and chuck it out the window onto a busy highway. It occured to me... why not just stop weighing myself? Instead I am going to just try on pants... who cares what the scale says anyways? As long as you look good and are fit and healthy, right?

How many calories should i be eating?
So, I have decided to take a new approach to this whole weight loss thing and instead of doing the whole starvation thing which I have done in the past (which obviously did not work out for me) I am trying to eat well and work out. Its been 2 weeks of eating 1300-1500 calories a day with lots of excersise... like twice a day, and my weight won't freakin budge! I have been doing 45 minutes cardio in the am,riding my horses some afternoons ( which is excersise believe it or not) and going to the gym at night for more cardo and weight training 5 nights a week. According to the gym scale I gained a pound. Anyone have any ideas? Can you say FRUSTRATING?????!!!!!
p.s. i am a 33, 5'3 and 164 pounds...

Yogurt
One more more thing... eating yogurt full of artifical stuff won;t prevent you from losing weight... eating too many calories, whether you are eating too many calories from an all natural healthy product oe one that is not so good for you... a calorie is a calorie. That said one should always try and eat stuff that is healthy.

Yogurt
You are right that alot of the commercial brand yogurt (ie Yoplait) if filled with artificial crap. I don't know where you live, but here in So Cal we have a great grocery chain called Trader Joes. They have a lot of great natural and organic products. I love their organic nonfat greek Yogurt. It has all natural ingredients and tastes great! I often add a tablespoon of honey or fruit and I love it!
