losing Lbs but not inches :/
ok so far ive lost 39lbs but the inches are a lot more stubborn, was wondering if anyone else was having this problem. i know a portion of it could be visceral fat but surely not the total amount lost. Its kinda disheartening and could do with some advice x

The Scale Game
I'm so glad its not just me! I have the weight watchers scale too and its been from upstairs to downstairs and can be about 5lb difference! I know its wrong to be do reliant on the scale but I feel far more in control of my weight and patterns that come with it hi weighing daily. Just wish I had a reliable number lol x

Do you really want to lose weight? My RANT.
Brilliant rant. Get where it comes from too. I've done a month here and there in the past on different sites and never given full disclosure because of shame and fear of failing too tbh. But this time IS different because the.picture is of a me I am saying goodbye too. The honesty about weight good or bad is the only way I am going to get the support I don't get from ppl in my life. And logging all food iS the only way I can see where i go wrong. This is how I know this time i. Will go all the way
also wondered of you know how to link up site account and the app because all my food logs are on there and i can't figure out how to get them here lol x

Paleo vs Atkins
Not too sure about the new diet but I find doubling my water intake for a few days has helped me get passed the stalls in the past. Whatever you decide, don't feel down, u have made an achievement ; )
