Additional Description/Notes:
cook 1/2 each yellow, red, green bell pepper chopped for 5-10 minutes on medium high. Then add a can of chunked pineapple in juice and 12 oz of tuna steak cut into chunks and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Then turn down to low and add prepped rice and 1Tbsp of ground ginger and mix while cooking for another 2-3 minutes. Very filling and low fat.
