Favorite weight work out is free bar squats.

Favorite aerobic workout is Nunchukas Racquetball.

Favorite summer is hiking to the back country lakes and fishing with my wife.

% of fat, carbs and protien
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services recommends a daily macronutrient ratio of 10 percent to 35 percent protein, 20 percent to 35 percent fat and 45 percent to 65 percent carbohydrates.

But depending on what you are trying to accomplish you will adjust these ratios to help create certian physiological functions to take place.

Catered dinner ideas???
Quinoa is a great grain with a different starch content. It makes an excellent side dish and is much better than potatoes or rice for your clients.

Might consider stuffing some green chilies with your crabmeat instead of mushrooms.

You can make a pretty nice lowcal chocolate mousse using sugar free pudding and melting dark chocolate down into it.

For more inforation on the grain see this website. I am not affiliated with the website in any way.

You want to soak this grain for 30 minutes changing the cold water three times.
