I'm 38yrs old. Been married 17 yrs and have 2 girls. Taylor is 14 yrs and Alyssa is 11 yrs old. Alyssa has Spina Bifida. But she is doing really good. I had back surgery 2yrs ago. I went from 230lbs to 175lbs and kept it off for a 1 yr. But when I quit work I went back up to 205lbs. Staying home all the time makes it alot harder to lose weight. I want to get down to 140lbs.
