performance: gaining 0.4 lb a week
Almost 52 and can't get rid of the belly fat!. Thought I'd try the South Beach/Atkins while my husband is on it to see if i can blast the belly fat..Did phase 1 for 2 weeks and lost a whole 4 lbs maybe.. He lost 15 or something..I exercise nearly every day for an hour and he just sits there and loses weight. BAH!
