I eat 6 meals a day- can i adjust the 3 meal template to display this?
I'm on a high-protein diet where I eat every 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Confused 6 meals plus a shake before bed. Right now i just enter 2 meals each under breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. Is it possible to adjust my food diary template to display more than just 3 meals? Confused
