Need Advice for Evening Hunger
I save 200 calories for the evening. I found it hasnt slowed down my weightloss. I eat a bowl of cereal with skim milk, low fat cheese, yogurt, hummus and flatbread. Afterwards I sleep so good.

hi everyone,
i also found this app on my phone. i have been counting my calories and keeping them between 1200-1500 a day. i also try to keep busy around the house, walk or run. i have lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks and 3 days. i feel great!
i love the recipes and it gives me such motivation to continue,
keep up the good work
