Advice?
I just started my Take-off on Sunday morning, and when I went in to weigh on Monday at 3pm I had lost 5lbs! The first two days were the easiest for me...and now I am on the 4 week LA Express diet. I am supposed to be getting 4 fruits, 4 veges, 5 starches, 3 1/2 proteins, 2 fats, 2 LA Lites and such. This is all SO easy and I'm SO excited about it...EXCEPT that I HATE all vegetables! I'm able to get everything in, EXCEPT my vegetables. I'm worried I'm not going to be losing the weight I'm supposed to because I can't eat vegetables. I've tried every vegetable under the sun, cooked every different way we could think of and I just can't keep them down--I have the worst gag reflexes. Any ideas, or possible suggestions? Has anyone else had this problem?
