I went on a little vacation to a family reunion for a week at my grandmother's house. I had so much fun, but the fun distracted me from getting on here and tracking everything I've eaten the last couple of days. Whoopsie! I don't think I strayed that far away from what I usually eat. Well to be honest the only real thing I've changed about my habits is actually eating fruits and vegetables. Plus physically getting off my butt and working out.
I know that I went walking with my aunt every weekday except yesterday. So I didn't exactley spend the whole time eating and catching up nwith relatives who know me even if I don't know them.

Woo-hoo! Turns out I am not crazy and all that added weight was from bloating.I'm so happy it wasn't fat! All my sweat from last week paid off.

Thanks to an awful day yesterday I have gained 5 lbs of what I believe to be water weight. It sucks, but it happens. Money has been real tight the past couple of days for my parents because of a check mishap, so dinner and what I have available to eat is beyond my control for the most part. The house is devoid of all health foods at this point. That's supposed to change in a few days when they get paid though. Hopefully fruit will help my bloating just a little bit.
Even though I understand that certain foods lead to bloating, but it's still awful seeing the scale go up by so much despite walking 2 miles 5 days a week. It's not a pretty sight.
