why can you not enter fibre levels that are higher than carbohydrate?
So u cant ever enter a higher fibre than carbs? Coz its really annoying. I always just end up not having to put in fibre in if it says that

how to add exercise dvd?
I do exercise dvd's such as Jade's Shape Challenge, and Taebo. But i dont know how much you burn during these dvd's. So i don't ever add them into my diary. As it doesnt let you, without putting the 'calories burned'. Where am i supposed to find out the calories burned?
