I just turned 26 on December 15th, and I know that losing weight won't get any easier from here on out. I made it my goal to lose weight, so my husband and I can start a family. I also have a connective tissue disorder called ehler's danlos syndrome, and I think getting my muscles stronger will help them take over where my connective tissue is lacking.

I've always been a big girl. I was born over a month early and still weighed nearly 9 pounds! So, I don't expect to ever fit into a size 0 (even though that's my sister's size), nor would I want to. I just want to become as healthy as possible, have more energy, and get the most out of my life!

I've decided to make my goals every 20 pounds, that way it doesn't feel so out of reach, and I feel like I'm making real progress. Lets see how that works!

FEEL GREAT AND LOSE WEIGHT IN EIGHT PRECHALLENGE
My name is Chastity, and I've been married for almost 3 years to the most wonderful man I could ever imagine to meet!

My Buddy is Evelyn64, and she is funny, fit, and fantastic! I've been on FS since December '07.

I started out doing the ABS diet, but switched to WW when we moved in with my inlaws. I find it is the most flexible plan, and it works for me! Like Evelyn, I am trying to follow the golden rules along with WW.

My exercise plan is to go to the gym 5 days a week. MWF cardio at 5am, TTH strength training at 430pm. I was doing so well at that, but then work got crazy, and I lost my mojo. Sad

PLEASE HELP! ADVISE!? SOMETHING?!
I can totally relate to how you feel. My husband weighed 285 when we got married, and I weighed 185. Now, three years later, he weighs 230, and I'm at 210! I felt really frustrated when, one day, we were doing laundry and he couldn't tell which pants were his, and he accidentally put mine on. I started bawling! My husband keeps saying he loves me at any size, but I need to be at a size where I can love myself. It looks like you are doing great though, just try and get past the frustration, and focus on yourself. You can do it!
