I am 49 years old and live in a suburb outside of Chicago. I am a small business owner which keeps me crazy busy. I don't always have the time or the right things around me to eat right. Looking foward to getting back to my fighting weight again. I hit 40 and the scale went up. It is so hard to believe that 10 years ago I wore a size 4!

Hi Knitterchick, I am a day ahead of you. All is going reasonably well with me. I did cheat twice. My craving for sweets is still insatiable. I had a Mounds candy bar, I needed dark chocolate desperately. I also ate 2 pecan halves, it was so good. I didn't beat myself up too bad. Good luck to you! I am loving the weight drop.

Day 1
I have eaten almost 1800 calories today. My norm is 900-1200. Feeling a bit sluggish after eating so much. Will repeat again tomorrow and start the vlcd on Monday morning. This should be an easy start as I am so busy during the day I usually forget to eat. I am hopeful that this works. I will stop by GNC tomorrow and buy some B12. Is there a particular one anyone would recommend? I am doing the Hcg Platinum which I just found out does not contain hcg and this was $60. I would have not bought it if I had known it was not actual hcg. Lets see if it works.
