Starving Hunger
So, I refused Pizza Friday, and I told my husband the only way he's getting Taco bell is by himself. I can't do it anymore. I struggled a little… no, I struggled a LOT on Saturday at my cousin’s Birthday party Confused But Sunday (yesterday) I felt good about the food decisions I made. Today I brought a change of clothes and I’m going to walk/jog the track at my old high school after work. I didn’t bring food today but I’m going to the market during lunch to buy some healthy snacks to keep here at work Smile

I know what I have to do, and you are all right. It’s time for me to just DO IT!

All your responses have really given me a boost of exactly what I need. Motivation Very Happy

Starving Hunger
Shortly after posting this I gave in… to an orange Smile

I think I’ll defiantly have to start using my lunch for that bit of exercise instead of a power nap.

I’m glad I didn’t give in to the 3 Musketeers. It shows I have at least a little will power left Wink It seems goals, big, small, long-term or short are important. I don’t think I’ve committed myself to any type of weight loss goal before. I usually just “wing it” with a healthy mind set. And my “wings” just never hold up. I’ve never thought about placing a food type goal. That’s a good idea I think I can actually commit to.

Starving Hunger
So I had an apple this morning, and have finished a 16 oz bottle of water... and I'm hungry! But I have a problem… I don’t want to eat!
Yes, I’m hungry but I don’t want to eat ANYTHING. Why? Because I’m fat Sad
I know this isn’t the way to go. I should actually be eating more.
More, small portions of healthy food throughout the day with a bit of exercise right? That should do the trick. But I don’t have time for the bit of exercise and I lack the motivation to find it! And food is just too tempting! It happens every week…. I’m good (healthy eating) Mon-Fri. but Friday night comes along… and it’s “Pizza Friday!” so I have 3 slices, 3 bread sticks and 3 hot wings! It’s a trifecta of cheesey greasey overindulgence! And I don’t even like pizza! What’s wrong with me??

So my solution? Just don’t eat.Confused
And it’s wrong! I know it’s wrong, but I can’t get it out of my head! The more I eat the more my clothes don’t fit and my closet fills with clothes I can’t wear.

So the REAL solution? Exercise!
But how? When? Where?
How do I balance 8 hours of work, 2 hours of commute, a husband, a 5 year old daughter, and my sanit?

Suggestions PUH-LEASE! I’m desperate… and starving. I might have that 3 Musketeers I've been saving in my desk drawer... >.>

SLEEP DEPRIVED... GYM?
THANKS FOR ALL THE ADVICE! Very Happy I actually had better sleep last night and am fully looking forward to getting my butt kicked by my trainer tonight after work!

I did feel much better just getting some extra rest when I went home last night.

(I didn't sleep well the night before because my daughter (almost 5yr) was sick and couldn't sleep herself)

Did not get much sleep last night! Sad Struggling to stay awake at work. Debating… should I go to the gym after work? SO SLEEPY!
