Always been passionate about staying healthy and eating clean and cooking from scratch. Growing up in an immigrant Italian family, how can I not be. Fortunate to have an amazing, exciting job and I work full-time with people I adore. Currently on Medical Leave from that fabulous job and I'm so disappointed to get sick. What the heck? What the heck? I've maintain my weight near 110lbs or less over the years, but with steroids and other meds, I've blown up to 120 something. Very distressing because I don't feel good about that extra weight and the scale won't budge. I'm eating healthy, juicing and exercising up to an hour a day, sometimes more. Yoga, cardio, strength training, walking......you name it. Trying to get in shape to go back to work in a month and I'm struggling. At age 70, I don't think I can settle for that. It's not ME. I want ME back.
