My weight loss journey began February 8th. I have lost 10lbs total. Who hoo! I'm excited I'm on the track to looking & feeling better before summer. I am 34 and have been a yo yo dieter since the birth of my son who is now 10. My goal is 125lbs by the summer. I also have a long term goal of maintaining this weight for life... I feel I have a strong mind set to succeed..
