I am an instructor at the University of Utah and a part-time Public Relations Consultant for a few projects and a local nonprofit. I have always been athletic and over the past five years simply lost that vigor. I really want to lose weight this time, not just to where I am feeling better, so that I reach a healthy weight that I can maintain. Nothing modelly - just an easy size 8/10 (I'm 5'9") whatever weight that might correlate with. I am also really happily married and super lucky to be with my husband. He is going to try to take off about 30 pounds this season. We want to get pregnant, but neither of us are in great shape. I would be at risk for some pretty major issues and he wants to be able to run with kids - so before we start trying really hard, we would like to get into shape.
