The reason I am here is:I had a baby in October 2012. Because I was and still am breastfeeding and had to eat well (plus had draconian appetite) my baby weight is not going away as fast as I would like. I have never been skinny and don't really want to be. My aim is a healthy fit body.
I don't believe in wasting money on gym either. I love walking and do go out for a walk almost every day. When I worked I walked to work and back on daily basis but currently I am at home and with a baby going out for a walk is a bit of a mission... Still I persevere. My stubborness is legendary and I know I will get there. My aim is to lose a kilo a week without ever going hungry.
