I am 43 from London UK and have decided it's time to make some changes. This past 15 months have been a trying time for me i gave up smoking 7 months ago due to ill health I was on steroids for a while and I am also severely sight impaired.. Recently i have become agoraphobic and i only leave the house when i have to and if i am with someone. I have hardly exercised due to being house bound and the lack of motivation. My partner has brought me an exercise bike and helped me get motivated to do some cooking, research low fat recipes and join this wonderful site.
