Day 1 of the rest of my life!
Went over general diet guidelines with dietician but they stayed pretty general. My first step is H2O vs Coke, then I will start with the meal options. Right now I literally am hitting 800-1000 calories a day which includes 4-5 cokes. I truly rarely eat more than once a day. YES I know how bad that is for me.

Day 1 of the rest of my life!
Hello. I have written a bio and my Day 1 journal entry. Not to be redundant I will be brief here. I am a 45 yr old widow, and I am ready to make LIFELONG changes!!! My first and largest hurdle (for now) is to stop consuming Coke and substitue H2O. Reaching out for guidane support and hoping for friendships where judging does not come into play. Grateful I found this site!!Very Happy
