Have been doing well with watching what i eat and exercising. I also started taking Natural fat burner 2 weeks ago. I have lost 9 lbs so far so I think the combination is working well for me for now.

I am a little upset to see my weight. I have only lost 5lbs. in the last 18 days. :( I guess it is time to kick it in to gear. I need to get motivated and start working out. So far all I have done is cut out a lot of junk food and cut my sodas down to one a day. I decided that I would document my weight loss with pictures. I will take them once a month. This way I can look at my progress.

I am not good at diets as you can tell by my weight. I will make small changes and hope for big results. First on the list of changes for this week is to kick my soda habit of 8 cans a day @ 180 Calories each that small change will add up to 1,440 fewer calories a day. The Second will be to exercise more. Which should not be hard, my exercise at this point is none. So I will try to start off with a pedometer and try to add to my steps everyday. And of corse you know what the third one is. Eat better. I will be trying to cut out snacking on junk food and if I feel the need to snack eat something healthier than the snack cakes, cookies, and ice crean I normaly eat.
