Still trying to get rid of my college weight and all the unhealthy habits I picked up along the way. I know how to eat healthy and exercise, it's just a matter of making myself do it and becoming dedicated to the lifestyle. I went from barely being able to run a mile on the treadmill to running my first half marathon Oct 31, 2010! I'm working on fine tuning everything so one day I can see some abs!
