30 DAY SHRED BY JILLIAN MICHAELS ... DOES IT WORK?
I do have this DVD and did not lose nearly that much weight, but also was not religious about doing it every day (and have not done it in awhile now). However, in doing the exercises fairly regularly I did notice a difference in my strength, which was encouraging - Every week I could do the weight-lifting exercises with a little less stress each time. Good luck with it.

Tips for not sabotaging your diet over the weekend?
Why is it that I manage to undo all the good work I have done during the week, in only a few short days of the weekend? It seems that whether I am out with friends or relaxing by myself, the weekend poses so many more opportunities to eat, and the temptation to do so seems so much greater. (And then of course is the terrible thought that "Oh well, I went off my diet today...might as well keep going and get back on track tomorrow." ) Any tips on how to deal with the free time would be greatly appreciated!

How much can your weight fluctuate during the day/from day to day?
Hi,
I'm relatively new to this site and I was wondering, by how much can your weight fluctuate or vary? For example, if the scale says 150 lbs, is that +/- 5 pounds? +/- 10 pounds? I've noticed a lot of fluctuation lately depending on the day, or time of day, and I'm not sure whether I'm gaining weight. Thanks very much.
