spot the bad food
Thank you guys for the replies...i'm not diabetic, ive been a fit guy for most of my life till late twenties i had an anckle injury in football (soccer) game i couldnt even stand or walk for more than half hour so i started gaining weight i think it was like 20 lbs in 5 months and i added even more pounds after marriage.@jimmie i cant get on everyday so it hard for me log my daily intake but i do sometimes.

spot the bad food
so i started dieting for like 3 weeks now i only dropped only 6 lbs; so this what ive been eating:
white rice (mostly for lunch)
fava beans salad (mostly for dinner)
boiled eggs
cucumber salad
grilled skinless chicken breast
vegetable soupe
so what you think guys what i should remove from the menu and what i should add
ps: beside dieting i go to the gym for a day and jogging for like 30 mins on the next day
