Ketosis
I did get the strips and checked but I was still in the darker purple.Hmmmm one would figure that reason im not in ketosis is because of the Diet Coke and little amounts of water I drink. I have been increasing teh water intake so we will see what happens now.
What about Tea? I read we could have tea, decaf of course and I would need a small dash of splenda.
Is that ok?

I thought I was allowed to have Diet pop but after reading some posts on here I am not sure. Can I drink Diet pop during the induction period?

From me to all those trying to lose weight
I know it isnt easy but we all have the strength to do it. The number one reason for us to lose is for ourselves! I think we succeed better when we surround ourselves with those who will support us. I support all of you and believe in us all!!
