"WeightPoint 1" has been reached! My preliminary goals have been to (1) create good, long-lasting fitness habits and (2) get under 200. Right now, I feel really good about both of them!
Phase 1 of SB is about to wrap up. Going forward, the pace of weight loss will be slower. The "quick hits" of the Cleanse and Phase 1 of SB have run their course.
