So my weight has actually increased and I dont know if it is due to that time of the month and working out? I know that I am building more muscle and that it weighs more than fat, but I am not happy that I have gained 5 pounds!!!

So I have platued(haha dont know if I spelled that right) at my current weight. I have been told that with Atkins you loose inches before weight...is that true?
