When do you weigh in?
When I dieted the last time, I would weigh in, in the morning, before I ate anything; well, before I really did anything. I started doing that again, but I'm not to sure about it this time. I forgot to weight in one morning and weighed myself that night and was up like 4 lbs. I know I didn't gain 4lbs in a week so I tested it out. I waited a few days, weighed myself in the morning and then that night, I weighed myself again and again was up like 3-4lbs. In one day I know I didn't gain 4lbs. When have you found the best or most accurate time of the day to weigh in?
