I am happily married mother of two college students and today is my official restart.
Went for my annual physical today and doctor told me I had to lose 40 lbs unless I want to remain at my current weight and risk the hereditary problems my family has experienced.
I can't seem to stick to any diet where I have to weigh, count, or basically think - he suggested a pre-packaged system for 28 days and then check back in. Giving Nutrisystem a try for a month. I won't have to think - just open, cook and eat and right now that is what I need.
On a good note - I don't have diabetes (yet) my blood pressure is normal and my resting heart beat is 60....at least starting my work out routine seems to be beneficial but need to focus on the weight and avoid the diseases that have plagued my family.
