Not going to watch the scale much anymore. I can see a difference in my body so therefore...what the scale says doesn't matter. I am really enjoying trying to run. Tomorrow I will try to run for 12 minutes. That should get me a mile. If I don't make it...oh well, it doesn't really matter as long as I am trying and finish the mileage I want, I'm good!

Getting better at Turbo Kick. The moves are making a little more sense now. Just need to pick up the pace a bit. So doing Turbo 2 times a week then going to try Zumba on Wednesday evenings. Sunday mornings will be treadmill and biking plus walking the dog a minimum of 3 miles.

i AM EXTREMELY frustrated with the exercise journal! Why will it not let me decrease items and increase others? It really makes me want to quit this stupid fatsecret application altogether!!!
