well.. i'm more focused on healthy foods.. no fried, sugars, low fat diet i'm stick to, however i believe it will give you the same results as if it was a high fat version of this diet as long as you stick to your calorie counter.. but healthy food-low fat- is so much better for me, as i do my exercises i feel more active, more energy.. also it sheds off these pounds faster
