I turned 30 this year! Married, 2 young kids, house to clean, full-time job, plus part time teaching Zumba (that is for me). I have always been an athletic girl with a large build, but am sick of feeling "fat" or always being the "kinda-big" girl. I workout 3-5x per week, but its time to change my eating habits!
I love to cook and hate to clean...
