Turning yogurt into dessert
Here's what I do.
I take two or three Greek Yoghurts, about half a litre of almond milk, and a litre of water with enough gelatin fot the litre. (usually 20gr or so) cut up some fruit, and divide into 8 glasses.
That gives me desserts for a week, with around 120kcal and less than 5gr of carbs. (depending on the fruit)
You can go lower in kcal bu using low fat yoghurt, and lower in carbs depending on the fruit. Adding sweetness is up to what sweeteners you want to use and the texture depends. Can use less water and it will be like a full yoghurt jello, or more and it will have a finer texture, yet it will still hold well. I find its a good dessert or snack, and for the same volume as a cup of yoghurt, it will give you less kcal and carbs.

Hello.
Hi, the name is Alex, 47 from Athens Greece.
After an almost four month hospitalization for Pemphigus, and losing 20kg, seeing my blood sugar getting a whole lot better although I was on cortizone treatment (still am) decided to go on a LCHF diet.
Been there since mid December, I let go of insulin, still on pills as I still am on cortizone, and still in the same weight although I am down a couple of sizes.
Energy is back, started walking again, about 4k a day for starters, fast pace, and feeling great.
