im a morning person,and love rice but i started not eating it for like 5months already since everybody were noticing my weight and saying im fat and so i was really into watching my food.though i really cant cut my chicken,oh i will never ever get tired of eating chicken,i can eat chicken for like forever.(sigh),anyway,i go to gym twice a week at least but when i feel weak and busy i skip it. love outdoor activities,i love hiking,going to beach and more but i hate being expose to sun..another sigh for that..i occasionally drink beer and no to smoke now, i have a gallbladder stone and that's also the reason why i watch my food,i was into a natural treatment(laxative+dilator+olive oil=eeewness)anyway,it didn't work maybe because of my sodium intake i should avoid salty food but i love potato chips,i wish i could find a diet food routine that will help me with my weight and gall bladder.
