Young(ish!) professional at 36 who has lost 8 stone since April 2017 using the principles of the Blood Sugar Diet (Low Carb/ Low Calories) with regular exercise (gym/ running). Ultimately aiming for 8-10 stone loss in total but very happy and motivated with my achievements so far. RECENT UPDATE: Things were going well up until Easter 2019 when I reverted to bad habits but glad to say that I broke this pattern and now in charge again!
