I am a 23 year old Pharmacy Student At University of Toledo..
Its hard to eat healthy and keep active when im always busy studying.. figured i would count calories as a way to watch what I eatand so far i feel likes its helping me a lot. I prepare my meals for the date the night in advance and my goal is to intake 1500 calories or less with at least 300 calories burned on an aerobic machine. However i find myself struggling to get to the gym more than 3 times a week due to busy schedule or just plain fatigue.
Goal is to lose 30 pounds and get to an even 200 before May 1st. So far i have gone down to 222 after 2-3 weeks.
Any comments or advice is appreciated
