Dont feel like im losing
Thankyou all ladies very helpful tips and i will surely get in contact with a GP to figure out how much calories i should be consuming because i got a result from a Calorie Calculator i should be on a 2800 cal count. Maybe thats the problem i should be on a 2000-2400 cal. I will definately check with my GP. I do social netball 3 times a week and also do 45mins of exercise at home 5 days a week on my treadmill. 20min fast paced walk and 20min moderate jogging and 5 mins warm down. I said in my comment above i do everyday but i have 2 days rest my mistake.

Dont feel like im losing
Im a fully breast feeding mum. Started exercising every day for the past 3 weeks. Havent
lost any weight at all. I exercise twice a day 3 days a week and the rest once a day. I know its only been 3 weeks but normally i would have lost a kilo at least. I havent lost anything. Im eating way below my recommended calorie intake. Please help
