Need a fat flush buddy
I am trying to stick to this diet...going back on phase 1 tomorrow, but would LOVE to have a buddy to help keep me on track. I work in a hotel and am surrounded by temptation! Anyone else going on the Fat Flush?

Just Started Feeling Lousy
I had headaches and felt a bit woozie the first few days, but have not heard of leg/back pain. Did you stick with it? How are you feeling now?

New with a couple of questions
I don't think you can consume the whey powder other than in the shake, not sure you would want to, you can always find other sourced of protien if you don't like shakes. Any lean protein is fine...fish, beef, etc. I recently tried ostrich steaks from my health food store, delicious and super lean.

You can add stevia to the cranwater.
Capsules are fine, but you need to up the dosage. I usually add liquid to my shake in the AM since I don't really care for the taste and find it difficult to use the flax oil on salads or in other food. Then I take the capsules with my afternoon meal.

I haven't noticed a change in cellulite...good luck with that!

I lost close to 3.5 lbs/week the first 2 weeks, and slowed after that, I think 2lbs/week is probably good after phase 1.

Good luck and let me know how it goes.

I did the fat flush for 2 weeks without cheating and lost 7 pounds! Those first days were difficult as I was giving up coffee, sugar, etc. and getting headaches, but after that felt pretty good. I've fallen off the diet for a week and gained back 1 lb. Starting back up again tomorrow. Hoping to lose 20 - 30 total. I work in the restaurant business and the temptations are huge...and constant! I am new to this site and encouraged to see how well the diet is working for people, hopefully this will help keep me on track. Been trying to get a girlfreind to do it with me, but it is such a strict diet that it's hard to convince people. Some tips: You need enough time in the AM for the lifelong cocktail, hot lemon water and smoothie (or eggs) For me, I do the first 2 before my shower and have a smoothie just before I leave. Also, put the flax oil in the smoothie because it can be hard to incorporate into other foods, I don't particularly like the taste. I am a late night snacker, so I save a fruit serving for after dinner to try and take care of my sweet tooth. Good luck! It's not always easy, but the results are good and I think it is much healthier than other diets I've tried, like Atkins.
