my day wasn't so good
I divided my calories by the 50-30-20 rule. 50% carbs, 30% protein, and 20% fat. It work very well to slim down. Also to do the calculations you need to know there are 9 calories in every gram of fat.

RUNNING ADVICE!
For technique look up the "100 up drill". It retrains the body for proper injury free running.
