Did really well last night as well but I notice late at night, I want to munch. I ate a left over salad instead of the potato chips I really wanted. Not sure I had the munchies, I thought on the Adkins it got rid of that...I hope I am doing everything correctly.

Today is my first day and I am excited about taking control of my life and getting myself in shape and feeling better. My goal this week is to continue walking after work and making sure I stay on track with my food diary! On my way to find my skinny butt! :-)
